Color Walk プライバシーポリシー
OttaLabo（以下「当方」といいます）は、当方が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Color Walk」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）におけるユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
第1条（基本方針）
- 本アプリは、ユーザーが撮影した写真および歩行データを、原則としてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存する設計です。当方が運営するサーバーへの送信・保存は行いません。
- 本アプリは収益化のために第三者の広告 SDK を組み込んでおり、当該 SDK が広告配信および計測のために一定の情報を取得・送信する場合があります。詳細は本ポリシー第5条に定めます。
第2条（取得する情報および利用目的）
当方および本アプリが組み込む第三者サービスは、以下の情報を取得することがあります。
(1) 端末の権限を通じて取得する情報

これらの権限を通じて取得した情報は、ユーザー追跡や広告配信の目的には利用しません。ヘルスケアデータは端末内での表示のみに使用し、当方のサーバーや第三者に送信しません。
(2) 第三者広告 SDK が取得する情報
第5条に定める第三者広告 SDK は、広告配信、効果測定、不正対策のために、IDFA（広告識別子）、デバイス情報、IP アドレス、おおよその地域、広告とのインタラクション等の情報を取得することがあります。詳細は各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
第3条（データの保存場所と保持期間）
- ユーザーが撮影した写真およびウォーク記録は、Apple の SwiftData フレームワークを用いてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーには送信・保存されません。
- ユーザーが本アプリをアンインストールした場合、または本アプリ内のデータ削除機能を利用した場合、端末内に保存されたデータは削除されます。
第4条（ヘルスケアデータの取り扱い）
- 本アプリは、Apple の HealthKit を通じて歩数および移動距離のデータを読み取ります。これらのデータはコラージュカードへの表示のみに使用します。
- HealthKit から取得したデータは端末内でのみ処理され、当方のサーバーや第三者広告 SDK を含む外部には送信しません。
- ヘルスケアデータのアクセス許可は、iOS の設定アプリからいつでも変更できます。
第5条（第三者サービスへの情報提供）
本アプリは、収益化のため、以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、各サービスは独自にユーザーに関する情報を取得することがあります。
(1) Google AdMob（Google LLC）
本アプリは、インタースティシャル広告およびネイティブ広告を表示するため Google Mobile Ads SDK（AdMob）を組み込んでいます。AdMob は広告配信および効果測定のために、IDFA、デバイス情報、IP アドレス、おおよその地域等の情報を取得します。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
(2) Google フォーム（Google LLC）
本アプリのお問い合わせ窓口として、Google LLC が提供する Google フォームを利用しています。フォームに送信された情報は Google のサーバー上で取り扱われ、当方が確認します。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
(3) Apple Inc.
本アプリは Apple の App Store を通じて配布されており、App Store の利用に伴い Apple がユーザーの情報を取得することがあります。詳細は Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
第6条（App Tracking Transparency / トラッキングについて）
- 本アプリは、Apple の App Tracking Transparency（ATT）フレームワークに従い、必要に応じてトラッキング許可ダイアログを表示します。
- ユーザーが「トラッキングを許可しない」を選択した場合、IDFA は提供されず、第三者広告 SDK によるユーザー追跡は制限されます。なお、この場合でも広告自体は表示されますが、関連性の低い広告となる可能性があります。
- トラッキング設定は、iOS の設定アプリからいつでも変更できます。
第7条（ユーザーの権利）
- ユーザーは、本アプリ内に保存されているデータを、本アプリの削除機能、または本アプリのアンインストールによって、いつでも削除することができます。
- 第三者広告 SDK が取得した情報の取り扱いについては、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーに基づき、当該事業者に対して請求を行うことが可能です。
第8条（データの安全管理）
- 当方は、ユーザーの端末内に保存されるデータについて、Apple のセキュリティ機能（端末のロック、SwiftData の保護機構等）に依拠しています。ユーザーご自身でも端末のパスコード設定および OS の最新化を行うことを推奨します。
- 当方は、本アプリが取得・利用する情報について、安全かつ適切に取り扱うよう努めます。
第9条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
- 当方は、必要と認める場合、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
- 変更後の本ポリシーは、本アプリ内または当方所定の方法による掲示の時点から効力を生じます。
- 重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内で通知するなど合理的な方法でユーザーにお知らせします。

Color Walk — Privacy Policy
OttaLabo ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") to describe how user information is handled in our mobile application "Color Walk" (the "App").
1. Basic Policy
- The App is designed so that photos you take and walk records are, in principle, stored only on your device. We do not transmit or store this information on our servers.
- The App incorporates third-party advertising SDKs for monetization, and these SDKs may collect and transmit certain information for ad delivery and measurement. Details are described in Section 5.
2. Information We Collect and Purposes of Use
We and the third-party services integrated into the App may collect the following information.
(1) Information Collected via Device Permissions

None of the information obtained through these permissions is used for user tracking or ad targeting. Health data is used solely for on-device display and is never sent to our servers or any third party.
(2) Information Collected by Third-Party Advertising SDKs
The third-party advertising SDKs described in Section 5 may collect information such as the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers), device information, IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction data for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Refer to each provider's privacy policy for details.
3. Storage Location and Retention
- Photos you take and walk records are stored only on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- When you uninstall the App or use the App's data deletion features, locally stored data is removed.
4. Health Data Handling
- The App reads step count and walking distance data through Apple's HealthKit. This data is used solely to display information on your collage card.
- Data obtained from HealthKit is processed only on your device and is never sent to our servers or to third-party advertising SDKs.
- You can change Health access permissions at any time via the iOS Settings app.
5. Information Shared with Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services for monetization. Each service may independently collect information about users.
(1) Google AdMob (Google LLC)
The App incorporates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display interstitial and native advertisements. AdMob may collect information such as IDFA, device information, IP address, and approximate location for ad delivery and measurement. See Google's privacy policy for details.
(2) Google Forms (Google LLC)
We use Google Forms, provided by Google LLC, as our contact form. Information submitted via the form is handled on Google's servers and reviewed by us. Google's privacy policy governs the handling of information submitted to the form.
(3) Apple Inc.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple may collect information about users in connection with App Store usage. See Apple's privacy policy for details.
6. App Tracking Transparency
- In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, the App may display a tracking permission dialog.
- If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," the IDFA is not provided and tracking by third-party advertising SDKs is restricted. Advertisements may still be displayed but may be less personalized.
- You can change your tracking settings at any time via the iOS Settings app.
7. Your Rights
- You may delete your data stored within the App at any time by using the App's deletion features or by uninstalling the App.
- Regarding information collected by third-party advertising SDKs, you may exercise your rights with each provider in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
8. Data Security
- We rely on Apple's security mechanisms (device lock, SwiftData protections, etc.) for data stored on your device. We recommend that you also set a device passcode and keep your operating system up to date.
- We strive to handle the information we collect and use safely and appropriately.
9. Changes to This Policy
- We may modify this Policy when necessary.
- Modified versions of this Policy take effect when posted within the App or via a method designated by us.
- For material changes, we will notify users by reasonable means, such as a notice within the App.
